• 4.Experience of working in Automotive business field at least 2 years
• 5.Chinese language is preferable

• 1.Provide & maintain strengthen Genba (factory) capability education [Training & Education]
• 2.Training & Trainer system especially for production plant improvement
• 3.Genba (factory) improvement activities

Qualifications :

• 1.[Must have] TOEIC’s Score at least 600 [Active]
• 2.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development field or Administration field or any related field
• 3.GPA > 2.75
• 4.[Must have] Experience in HRD, Training, Trainer experience, Production improvement activities are requested
• 5.Able to work under pressure and Multitasking
• 6.If have Management ability, Analytical thinking, or Logical thinking skill would be advantage
